Shipping Policy
USPS is the main shipper until they are no longer in business. While there are other options out there for ground shipping USPS delivers more packages for Amazon all through the 50 states than other carriers. So if you are on the West Coast and we ship on Tuesday you will have in 3 days as opposed to Brown that is a minimum of 5 days in transit. USPS tracking numbers will be provided for all orders unless noted and we contact you directly about an issue and have to use another carriers.
Return & Exchange Policy
SickGrafik: All sales final. Everything on this store is custom made for you and cannot be returned. Before you order please make sure to check sizes and spec charts as well as your custom selections. If you are unsure on a size or have questions regarding a custom option please contact us first. All items are hand packed and inspected before shipment top insure quality control. In the case your item is damaged in shipping or if there is a defect in your item contact us with images of the issue or reach out to us on chat and we will work to get the issue resolved.
